The Bistro was a delightful surprise. The breakfast choices were as refreshing as their cocktails in the evenings, crafting a culinary experience that left me feeling like a VIP.

The spacious rooms were perfect for our large group and the newly renovated rooms added a modern touch to our experience. The hotel's connection to the Crystal City shops and the Metro made exploring the area with our children hassle-free. The excellent service and accommodating staff ensured that our needs were met, adding to the overall positive experience for our family.

In my wife's opinion, having a designated play area for kids would have been a great addition for families.

i liked the hotel, it was huge and fairly clean, location was unbeatable in crystal city. smooth check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was cordial. this was my best stay on a weekend.

I loved the spacious and clean rooms! During my stay, I had an issue with parking in the garage, but the front desk gentleman was kind enough to offer an alternative solution for my oversized vehicle. I enjoyed my stay at Marriott and would recommend it to others.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a great area, next to the metro stop, Next to Metro station : and Arlington Cemetery. Loved the queen room for wifi in its rooms we had. Lots of facilities like : central heating, TV and a fridge.

The underground walkways connecting the hotel to the shops and metro station were incredibly convenient, especially since I was exploring various attractions in the city. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable, providing a relaxing stay amidst the hustle and bustle of the area. My favorite aspect of the hotel was the easy access to transportation and nearby shopping options. I truly enjoyed my visit and would consider staying here again in the future.

As business guests, we were impressed with the convenient location near Reagan airport and the free shuttle service. The access to the metro station right from the hotel was a huge plus, making it easy for us to travel to Washington. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the spacious and quiet room provided a comfortable stay. Additionally, having a variety of restaurants, food markets, cafes, and shops on the ground level was extremely convenient. the facilities and amenities exceeded our expectations.

I have to say, our recent stay at the Crystal City Marriott was fantastic! The rooms were modern, clean, and exactly what we expected. The bathroom was beautifully appointed, and the shower and tub were a dream - especially for a tall person like me! I rarely find hotel tubs comfortable, but this one exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, just minutes away from downtown DC and conveniently close to the airport. Despite being near the airport, the room was quiet and we didn't hear any planes during our stay.

I recently stayed at Crystal City Marriott for a few nights during my trip to DC. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even surprised my granddaughter with a special treat for her birthday! The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the Metro and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a great convenience, and the hotel itself was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel looked just as good in person as it did in the photos. I made a great choice in staying here and will definitely be back.

The hotel's lobby was beautifully decorated with comfortable seating areas where us seniors could relax and chat. The general areas of the hotel were spacious and easy to navigate, making it very accessible for us. The hotel's location near the metro station also made it convenient for senior people to explore the city without any difficulty.

I would ask for more handrails in the hallways for better support for senior people.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It is right next to the subway and only a block away from the Wells Fargo bank. There is an underground network of shops that lead to the Metro station, perfect for avoiding bad weather. The rooms are modern and clean and the hotel services are attentive. , the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options.

I always stay at this hotel for business trips. The staff gave me directions on my first visit. It has everything I need like luggage storage, 24-hour reception, a bar, and a fitness studio. This place suits me perfectly.

The hotel room was like a cozy sanctuary with a comfy bed, a big bathtub, and lovely-smelling bath products. It felt so relaxing and cozy, like a home away from home.
